Yes. Peruvian passport holders are not visa-free for India, but they are on the Indian e-Visa list. The standard path is the online e-Visa application through the Indian government portal in one of the popular Tourist tiers (30-day double-entry, 1-year multi-entry or 5-year multi-entry), approved by email within roughly three to five business days. Visiting the Embassy in San Isidro in person is only necessary for visa categories outside the e-Visa scope.
The Embassy of India in Lima is concurrently accredited to Bolivia and is the substantive Indian consular home for Bolivian residents. The Honorary Consul of India in Santa Cruz de la Sierra (+591 3 342 0004) handles a defined subset of front-line services locally, with substantive decisioning routed back to Lima. The standard short tourist trip is filed online through the Indian e-Visa portal regardless of country of residence; sticker visas and longer-stay categories go through the Lima Embassy.
The Embassy's administrative office is open Monday to Friday 09:00 to 13:00 and 13:30 to 17:30, but the Consular Section receives walk-in submissions only Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 11:45 — a 135-minute morning window. Plan around the morning slot; the afternoon administrative shift does not include a public consular counter for visa and passport submissions.
